Important: We make every effort to describe the condition of each lot fairly and conscientiously, however, we recommend that prospective bidders examine lots in which they are interested in person. Our liability in respect of descriptions is limited please refer to the Conditions at the back of the sale catalogue. Specific reports as to the physical condition of any lot are provided as a courtesy on request, but must always be treated with caution as we accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions with particular regard to matters such as damage, repairs and/or restorations. You should not rely on a Condition Report when making a bid. Any statement made is an expression of our opinion and any buyer placing a bid acknowledges that they have satisfied themselves fully by inspection or otherwise as to the condition of the lot.
